3 cups apple cider
1/4 cup agar flakes
1   cinnamon stick
3   cloves, crushed
Tbsp coconut milk
2 1/2 Tbsp agave nectar
1 small granny smith apple, diced
1 small gala apple, diced

1. Allow cider and agar flakes to sit in a small saucepan about 10 minutes.

2. Add cinnamon stick and cloves and bring to a boil over low flame.  Simmer 10 minutes stirring occasionally.

3. Remove cinnamon and add coconut milk and agave nectar.  Stir well and turn off heat.

4. Mix apples and distribute to four small bowls.  Ladle the cider evenly over the apples.

5. Allow to cool, then place in refrigerator for 30 to 40 minutes to firm.
