New Life!
Ahhhh.....Spring! Yes, its here! Two of the best months of the year have arrived. To move your life in powerful ways with little effort you can follow the tides of the earth. By doing so, your life can shift with ease, much like the seasons of the planet.
Moving in rhythm with the planet will allow your life to flow more easily. By doing 'spring cleaning' on your living space, soul and body you can create the space for new growth, new opportunity and new life!

Body Cleansing - its ohh so important ~
We change the oil in our car every 3,000 miles or so. We do this so our engine parts can all move fluidly and get us safely where we're going. When is the last time you changed the fluids in your body or even thought about it?
Wow! Sometimes we take better care of a car then we do what carries our soul around! The good news is - a spring cleanse can turn back the clock on this process.
Many traditions use fasts to cleanse the body each year. Discover why they are so effective for yourself. Watch your weight, skin, hair, mental state and energy find more balance. Food cleansing can refresh relationships, find new opportunities and wash out old habits!
The cleanse begins Monday, April 2nd and goes through April 8th.
On April 1st 6:30pm - 9:15pm -->we'll meet as a group to set intentions, support, discuss, learn, share and be. On April 8th 6:30pm - 8:30pm -->meet, honor our lives, intentions and experiences. Please plan to attend both nights, as a group... Bring loved ones or friends with you~

Questions About Cleansing
...things that make you go hmmm...
1] Will I have energy to work and do my day? -It all depends on the amount of toxins in your body and your regular workload on your system. Some people experience more energy, some, much more...because the systems aren't on overload and can now work to 'catch up' - an increase of energy is common. It is also possible that you will need more sleep or a nap but, should still be able to manage a non-strenuous week. It's a good idea to plan for as gentle a week as possible and leave room for wiggling. However, your life doesn't have to shut down or look like rehab. Plan to be nice to yourself, that's all.
2] Will I be hungry? -You get to eat as many fruits and vegetables as you want.
3] Why should I cleanse? -Clean the liver which performs 600 functions. Clean blood, lymph and look at your choices of food. Jump start healthier lifestyle. To make clear old relationships or start new ones. Better: skin, hair, energy, choices, love, health, happiness...(We'll refund anyone's money who doesn't have an experience they think was worth it)...Renew every system. Other reasons are less: back pain, body pain, mental anguish, worry, doubt, fear, effort. When your body is clear, your energy is clear and what you want can come to you. Come see for yourself!

Making Room In Your Life
Your body and your living environment heavily determine the kind of energy in your life. A great way to make space and ease a part of your life is to find a closet, room or car to clean out. By committing one day, afternoon or hour on your calendar to yourself, you will find more space in your life...or you'll be creating a place for new opportunity and new people. You don't have to decide which but you do have to schedule it!

The Chipotle Dressing 1 canned chipotle pepper in 1/8 cup adobo sauce 3 small cloves garlic, minced (1.5 tsp) 1/4 c plus 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil 1/4 c white wine vinegar 1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper Salt to taste
The Salad 2 lbs small red potatoes, unpeeled & quartered 1/2 medium red pepper, diced 1/2 medium green pepper, diced 1/2 small red onion, diced 1.5 c corn kernels, fresh or frozen 1/4 c minced fresh cilantro
To prepare dressing: Combine the chip pepper and adobo sauce, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, pepper, and salt in blender until pureed, or combine in bowl with wire wisk.
To prepare salad: Steam or boil potatoes for about 20min, or until cooked through but still firm. Chill the potatoes completely. Transfer the potatoes to a large mixing bowl, and add the diced peppers, onion, corn, and cilantro. Toss salad with dressing and serve ! - from Whole Foods Cookbook

Spiritual Discussion Group
Our spiritual discussion group meets this month at 6:30 at Dynamic Pathways on Monday, 19 March. We will discuss chapters seven through nine. Our discussions are based on Religion in Exile: A Spiritual Homecoming by Diarmuid O'Murchu.
Everyone is invited to join us. This book examines the evolving spiritual awakening that is occurring for many outside, and for some inside, the formal religious boundaries. We will continue to discuss how spiritual awakening carries us away from formal religion, and for others, brings them back to it.

Acupuncture for Anxiety
Many people have stress and anxiety in their lives. They may have anxiety about work, about home relationships, or about finances. This can lead to inability to concentrate, altered sleep, disrupted relationships and poor work performance. Some people have panic attacks and cannot identify an event which initiates them.
Acupuncture can be of benefit in calming the mind and calming the spirit to allow healing to occur. Acupuncture can be beneficial alone or can be utilized along with tuina or East Indian facial massage as healing modalities. Utilizing needles to relieve excess energy, which is usually the problem, is very successful. Occasionally it can be caused by deficient energy, which can be built up with acupuncture treatments.
