It is possible to be in the moment, free from the restriction of limiting thoughts and completely free. Even glimpses of moments like these unite all the body's systems and give them access to wellness and balance. Yes! In a moment, connection to yourself, your soul, your life and new energy can take place.

The Flow of Life
Keeping Energetic Pathways Moving

Free flowing energy through the pathways of your body brings wellness, opportunity and love. What is happening in your body is happening in your life. Where energy flows new life comes in and pain does not exist. If you have pain in some part of your body or in some part of your life, maintaining the flow of your energy can allow the pains to disappear.

In Chinese theory chi moves through pathways called meridians, in medical terms the energy generates by optimal systems flow and in Polarity Therapy they are described as energy currents. With Acupuncture, Naturopathic Medicine and Cranio Sacral Unwinding there are numerous successful techniques for getting the energy moving again. Where energy is stuck dis-ease ensues. Where energy is flowing life enters!

Do a simple test...Sit up straight, raise your hands up and down, take a deep breath, let out a sigh and feel in your body how you feel when you open up the energy a little.

Connecting to Your Heart
Allowing Your Light to Shine Through

Simply breathing connects you to your heart. Meditation is probably one of the most potent ways of bringing all of the brain energy we have in the Western world down into the heart. By consciously directing energy to your heart your life can be led more by your soul then your ego.

To meditate - simply sit and follow your breath in and out. As thoughts come in, let them move through like clouds and allow them to leave as you breath out. Then come back to what you feel in your body. Continue to follow your breath by breathing in and out and become conscious of your body, gently.

Do this 10 minutes a day and work up to 40 minutes.

Watch this dramatically change how you relate to your life and your relationships. As you allow yourself space many beneficial energies can enter like patience, compassion and true love.

Try any of these simple ideas for 9 days and your life will transform before your eyes.* By committing to new decisions and strengthening something you build a foundation. By lightening or letting go of other things you allow for space or new chances.

>Walk each day for 20 minutes >Drink the daily requirement of water, 64-96oz >Sit quietly for 20 min >Call an old friend each day >Eat your daily requirement of fruits and vegetables >Let go of an old habit >Clean something each day >Say a self-affirming phrase 9x each day >Dedicate yourself to a good book

Another way to remember who you want to be is to take a look at your thoughts. A great way to do this is through journaling. Write down your thoughts and whether you review them or not you will get to "earth" your thoughts by making them real.

There are many journaling techniques. We can explore these together if you'd like. And, simply writing the things that concern you in the morning and logging the things you're grateful for in the evening can organize your own energy to work better for you.
